Ingredients in 3 Ingredient Healthy Snickers

  • 18 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, melted

How to Make 3 Ingredient Healthy Snickers

Separate the seam in your pitted dates or lightly cut one to create a pocket for the peanut butter. 

Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter. Close the fold slightly and remove any excess peanut butter. 

Freeze the filled dates for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 

Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler over barely simmering water.

Once melted, dip each filled date seam side down. Coat just the top third of the date. 

Set on a plate chocolate side up and place in the fridge to harden for one hour. 

Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to one week. Perfect for gifts, parties, and healthy snacking.
