4-Ingredient Bagel Bites

Everyone loves an easy breakfast, and there is nothing like a homemade bagel! 4-Ingredient Bagel Bites take 15 minutes from start to finish and are the perfect breakfast for on-the-go!

Bagels are delicious, but many gluten-free varieties can be gummy, chewy, or limited in flavor. Homemade bagels are, of course, the best tasting. However, who has the time to make homemade bagels before work or school?

Now, you have the time! 4-Ingredient Bagel Bites are soft and pillowy mini bagels that use a 2-ingredient dough before rolling in everything seasoning! Once cooked easily in the air fryer, these bites are smothered in cream cheese. You’ll never buy bagels at the store again!

The Most Simple Bagels

While these bagel bites are made simply by rolling and cooking, you can also make full-sized bagels with this same recipe! Feel free to make any size bagels you want and cook them in the air fryer for a crisp outside and fluffy inside.

Start by rolling the dough in a snake or rope shape. Try to make the dough even all the way throughout. Then, connect either end, creating a circle of dough. Then, dip the bagel into the everything seasoning and bake in the air fryer. Presto! This bagel dough is perfect for any size of bagel you like.

Ingredients in 4-Ingredient Bagel Bites

  • ½ cup gluten-free flour blend
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons everything seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, for serving

How to Make 4-Ingredient Bagel Bites

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. 

In a medium bowl, mix the flour and yogurt until a dough forms. 

Using a tablespoon measure, roll out equally sized balls until all dough has been used.

Place everything seasoning onto a plate. Roll each bagel bite in seasoning until the tops are coated.

Place into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes or until hollow when tapped.

Once done, remove from the air fryer. Serve with cream cheese for dipping.

Notes: Feel free to use this same dough and method for making mini bagels. Simply roll the dough into ropes and secure either end to form a bagel. Cook as directed.

  • Using a tablespoon measure, roll out equally sized balls until all dough has been used.
  • Place everything seasoning onto a plate. Roll each bagel bite in seasoning until the tops are coated.
  • Place into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes or until hollow when tapped and golden brown.
  • Once done, remove from the air fryer. Serve with cream cheese for dipping.
