What is Granola Butter?

Granola butter is a mixture of ingredients that are blended until smooth and creamy. Granola butter does contain nuts, but it also contains a ton of other healthy and granola-like ingredients too.

Oats are the main ingredients in granola butter. You’ll also find nuts, sweetener, cinnamon, and other spices. It is the perfect spread to liven up your toast and yogurt! And because it is made of oats, most varieties are gluten-free!

Ingredients in Granola Butter Parfaits

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free granola butter
  • 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios

How to Make Granola Butter Parfaits

In a bowl, layer the Greek yogurt.

Then add the granola butter.

Then layers the nectarines, blackberries, ending with the pistachios. 

Chill for up to 4 hours or serve immediately.

Ingredients
