After that, you’ll add half a teaspoon of peanut butter to each mold. Next, use the rest of the chocolate mixture to top off each mini cup. Place the molds in the freezer for about 15 minutes or until set, and then enjoy!

  • Mini cup molds


  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 10 drops vanilla stevia drops
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter


  • Melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil together over low heat
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla stevia drops
  • Pour half of the mixture into a lined mini muffin mold and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Add about a half teaspoon of peanut butter to each mold and top with remaining white chocolate mixture. 
  • Freeze for another 15 minutes or until set
