- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp gluten-free granola butter
- 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp blackberries
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
In a bowl, layer the Greek yogurt, then granola butter, then nectarine, blackberries, ending with the pistachios.
Chill for up to 4 hours or serve immediately.
