Chocolate PB Baked Oats

Need a hot and healthy breakfast for one? These Chocolate PB Baked Oats are filling, not too sweet, and come together in a pinch. The best part is that you can make enough for one!

Breakfast can sometimes be an inconvenience. To make something quick and healthy usually takes too much time, so you grab a granola bar on the way out the door. This is okay, but there is a better way!

Plus, who doesn’t want to feel like they’re eating dessert first thing in the morning? Chocolate is usually saved for later in the day, but who made that rule? Rules were meant to be broken!

For the perfect breakfast for one, try these Chocolate PB Baked Oats, which are vegan and refined sugar-free! These fluffy, chocolatey, rich oats are flavored with your favorite peanut butter, vegan chocolate chips, and cocoa powder with the health benefits of chia seeds and rolled oats.

Can I Customize These Oats?

You certainly can customize these oats! For those who are allergic to nuts, omit the peanut butter for seed butter or even GF cookie butter. Any buttery product adds a fabulous richness to the oats, so try not to skip them.

The sky is the limit for what you can do with baked oats. Add fruit, dried fruit, grated carrot, mashed sweet potato, additional nuts, cinnamon, or anything else you enjoy. These oats are so fabulous, they could be your healthy breakfast or dessert!
