Want to be the life of the party and still make a gluten-free dessert? S’mores Cookie Pie is the perfect crowd-pleasing dessert made with a chocolate cookie crust, marshmallow fluff, and melted chocolate!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Brownie Cookie Dough
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1 package gluten-free graham crackers or cookies
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Lay out the cookie dough pieces evenly in a pie plate.
  • Use your fingers to press the dough into an even base layer, going up the sides of the pan slightly.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until the cookie is set. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Once cool, add the container of fluff and spread it into an even layer.
  • Next, top with some cookies.
  • Finally, using a fork, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top in a decorative manner.
  • Place into the fridge to set for an hour before serving.
