PB&J Pretzel Parfaits

Nourish your sweet tooth with PB&J Pretzel Parfaits, a healthy dessert or breakfast with fresh strawberries and a salty crunch!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 container strawberries, quartered
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup gluten-free pretzels, crushed lightly

Instructions
 

  • Quarter your strawberries and add them to a bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar and mix to combine. Set aside in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the natural juices to emerge.
  • Next, add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla to a bowl. Mix well so that everything is well incorporated.
  • Add your whole pretzels to a ziptop bag and crush lightly with a rolling pin. Set aside.
  • Gather 4 glass or clear plastic cups. Start with a heaping tablespoon of crushed pretzels in the bottom of the dish.
  • Then, top with a few tablespoons of the peanut butter mixture.
  • Next, top with a heaping tablespoon of strawberries and syrup.
  • Repeat with pretzels and the last layer of the peanut butter mixture. Top with a strawberry slice and a whole pretzel.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
