Can You Make Sweet Spring Rolls?
In short – yes! Spring rolls are typically filled with savory ingredients, such as cabbage, pork, shrimp, carrots, soy sauce, and more. Savory spring rolls are delicious and very common. Sweet spring rolls are less common, but definitely shouldn’t be!
You can fill rice paper with almost anything you like. They always cook up nice and crispy, especially when using the air fryer. This way, you are cutting down on a lot of fat and calories by not deep frying these little cigar-shaped pies.
Simply prepare the rolls, preheat the air fryer, spray them with oil spray, and like magic, your spring rolls will be perfectly crispy on the outside! Be sure to not overcook the spring rolls, as they can burn quickly, no matter the filling inside.
