Keto Southern Fried Chicken
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 6 pieces chicken thighs
Gently mix all of ingredients except for chicken together to form batter.
Dip the cut up chicken piece by piece in the batter.
Add te chicken to the air fryer
Set timer for 20 minutes.
Check to make sure chicken is done, and then enjoy!
