Filling and flavorful, this chicken salad uses Greek yogurt and jarred pesto for the perfect lunch with 37g of protein!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp prepared pesto
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well until everything is homogeneous. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve plain, on a bed of lettuce, or in a gluten-free wrap.
