Protein Pesto Chicken Salad

Filling and flavorful, this chicken salad uses Greek yogurt and jarred pesto for the perfect lunch with 37g of protein!

- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup canned chickpeas, drained
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 2 tbsp prepared pesto
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Add ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Mix well until everything is homogeneous. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve plain, on a bed of lettuce, or in a gluten-free wrap.
