Ingredients

For the Cranberry Sauce:

  • 1 12-oz. package whole cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

For the Fluff:

  • 1 12-oz. container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 11-oz. can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup glazed pecans (plain toasted pecans work too!)

Instructions

  • Begin by making the cranberry sauce.
  • In a medium saucepan, add the whole cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and reduce to simmer, stirring frequently.
  • Cook the sauce for 8-10 minutes until thickened and the berries have broken down.
  • Once thick, remove from the heat and allow the sauce to cool completely.
  • When cooled, add the sauce to a large bowl. Add the whipped topping, mandarin oranges, grapes, mini marshmallows, and pecans. Fold everything together to not deflate the whipped topping. The fluff should take on a beautiful pink color.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours, or overnight.
  • Serve chilled alongside your other Thanksgiving dishes.
