Homemade Pizza Bagels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gluten-free bagel thin, halved
  • 2 tbsp prepared tomato sauce
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese, or cheese of choice
  • 1 pinch dried oregano

Optional Toppings:

  • 8 slices mini salami or pepperoni
  • sliced onions
  • olives
  • sliced bell pepper
  • sliced pineapple chunks
  • ham slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Lay your pizza bagels out on a baking sheet, separating the halves.
  • Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce onto each bagel half. Top with a slice of cheese each. Sprinkle a bit of oregano over the top.
  • Now, you can really play with the toppings you like. Top with as few or as many toppings as you like on your pizza.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes until the bagel is crisp and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm right out of the oven. Dip into ranch dressing, if desired.
